How does the £19 first month work?

Your first month is £19 on either package. After that, Receptionist is £99 per month and Assistant is £199 per month. All three prices include VAT. Your first month includes the full allowance: 300 minutes on Receptionist or 3,000 minutes on Assistant. Full eligibility and billing terms will be available before payment opens.

What is the main difference between the plans?

Receptionist focuses on people calling your business. Assistant includes that same inbound help and adds outbound calls: responding to new leads, following up enquiries, confirming appointments and handling agreed call tasks.

Are calls unlimited?

No. Receptionist includes 300 call minutes per month and Assistant includes 3,000. Your £19 first month includes the same full allowance. Minutes above your allowance cost 30p each, including VAT, on either plan.

Would Becki call anyone automatically?

The Assistant plan is designed to call eligible new enquiries and follow-ups under the rules you approve, including contact permissions, calling hours, retry limits and stop requests. A setup call would only happen when you ask for one.

What if my website is out of date, or I don’t have one?

Your website scan is a starting point. Add, correct and approve the details yourself during setup. If you don’t have a website, you can enter your business information directly. Optional setup calls are coming later.

Can I sign up or pay today?

You can create your workspace and prepare Becki’s business profile and call outline today. Payment and telephone activation are coming next. Full package and offer terms will be available before you pay.
